Understanding Your Refund Rights

When can I request a refund?

The timing of your refund request significantly impacts your eligibility. Different timeframes apply depending on when you enrolled and when you started engaging with course materials.

Full refund period: Requests made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of course content qualify for a complete refund.

What if I've already started the program?

Once you've begun actively participating, partial refunds may apply based on your progress. We calculate this proportionally — if you've completed one month of a three-month program, you'd be eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining two months.

Partial refund calculation: We assess the unused portion of your enrollment period minus any completed modules or attended sessions.

Are there situations where refunds aren't available?

Yes. Once you've completed more than 60% of a course or downloaded all course materials, refunds typically aren't processed. Certificate programs have different rules — these must be requested within the first 21 days.

Non-refundable items: Administrative fees, examination costs, and third-party certification fees cannot be refunded once processed.

You'll receive an email outlining the outcome. If approved, we'll specify the refund amount and expected processing timeframe. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss alternative options that might help.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-5 days to appear in your account. We'll send confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Payment Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit cards typically process faster than bank transfers. International payments may require additional processing time.

Day 18-20

Funds Available

Most refunds appear in your account by this stage. If you haven't received your funds after 20 business days, contact us immediately with your reference number.

Common Refund Scenarios

Early Withdrawal

You enrolled but circumstances changed before you could start. If you haven't accessed course materials and it's within 14 days, you qualify for a full refund minus any administrative processing fees.

Medical Emergency

Unexpected health issues prevent course completion. We handle these case-by-case. Medical documentation may be required, but we aim to accommodate genuine hardship situations beyond the standard policy timeframes.

Technical Issues

If platform problems significantly impacted your learning experience and we couldn't resolve them promptly, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on how much of the course was affected.

Program Changes

When we make substantial changes to course content or delivery methods after your enrollment, you have 30 days from notification to request a refund if the changes don't meet your expectations.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidentally enrolled twice? Contact us within 7 days and we'll process a full refund for the duplicate transaction. This happens more often than you'd think, especially during enrollment periods.

Course Cancellation

If cyrenvoliq cancels a scheduled program, you automatically receive a full refund. No request needed — we process these within 5 business days and notify all affected students.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirements for Refund Approval

  • Request submitted within the applicable timeframe for your situation
  • Course progress below the 60% completion threshold at time of request
  • Original payment method still active and accessible for refund processing
  • No previous refund requests for the same course enrollment
  • Account in good standing with no outstanding payment issues
  • Completion of any required documentation or verification steps
  • No violations of course terms of service or academic integrity policies
  • Downloadable resources not extensively accessed or distributed

Payment Method Considerations

Refunds always return to your original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to different accounts or payment platforms for security reasons.

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers can take 7-10 business days. PayPal and other digital wallets usually process within 3-5 business days.

If your original payment method is no longer valid, contact us before requesting a refund so we can arrange alternative processing.
